ROMPOX® - D7000 is an eco-friendly liquid polymer stabilizer for crushed stone and decom-posed granite materials, creating a dust-free and durable surface in a few easy steps. The all-in-one stabilizer is ideal for the strengthening of road surfaces with sufficient fine particles (e.g. water-bound road surfaces), and protects against wash out, abrasion, weed growth and helps with dust control.

1. Prepare
Install a 2” layer of a surface material, but do not compact immediately. The fines / dust fraction should be at least 15% with a moisture content of less than 3%.
2. Apply
Apply the D7000 evenly and thoroughly over surface material layer at a rate of about 20 ft²/Gallon, using a watering can with shower head. Allow 20–30 minutes for the D7000 to permeate into the surface material layer.
3. Compact
When the liquid polymer is fully absorbed into the surface material, compact surface layer to 95% or greater using a vibrator plate compactor (typically 2–4 longitudinal passes). Use a hand tamper in hard to reach areas.
4. Topcoat
Apply topcoat at a rate of about 50 ft²/Gallon 12 hours after the first application. Do not compact again, after the topcoat has been applied.
